it is looking stiff....check out the hands movement,Specially check the slap....it is very rigid...think about your self how u will slap the boy....make full animation smooth...

Thanks Rahul for your comments.
Ummmm, I think if girl's hand will come loosely towards boy's face and with a lot of follow through, the slap will not be tight and hard. Though, I will still check it out.

Hi Eeshita !

Long time .. Nice work ! The story is rock on.

As usual, a few suggestions from my side.

1. You seem to have concentrated a lot on the girl character and its looking good.

2. The guy is a bit jerky in many places. You can try to smooth it. For example when he is giving the flower, his right hand (screen left) seems to be bit off. You can try to improve that. Also the guy trying to hand over the flower with his left hand - the pose could be improved. Probably right hand would be better.

3. When the guy realizes that the flower is not going to smell nice to the girl, his actions could be exaggerated. Right now they seems very sticky.

Congrats for the shot anyways ...

Hi Sai

Thanks . I , being a girl ,could get girls's actions better. hehehehe.

If I use guys's right hand to give the flower to girl, then that would give a bad silhoutte for the guy, I guess. (learnt from Keith Lango VTS )

Anyways, I will work on your valuable comments. Thanks.

Hey Eeshita,

Thanks for stopping by on my blog and gave a sweet comment on notes making. I am though late but it's better late than never.

From animation point of view, your body mechanics looks great when I watch your previous animation for cgtantra. But, from acting point of view, you have a long path to go.

Keep hard work, enjoy and all the best!

thanks for your comments Rajesh. Nature's Call was I think my second or third acting shot and was done without any guidance from anybody. I also feel that I need to have more stronger grip on acting and my facials are also weak. I am just improving every day :)

Hey Eeshita,

You should see Jason Ryan free animation tutorials for improving your acting basics. These are available under Ramp ups tab in
http://www.jrawebinar.com, just skip the intro video.
Also watch for motivation and see how this girl present each animation (even a pose) with a story behind it.

Keep up learning this amazing craft!
